Criteria for Entry:

• Either the Founder or the Business must be located within the 18 counties of New North or in the process of relocating
• Applicants can only select one contest to pitch, choosing the location that is closest to where they live or where their business resides
• Contestants with the same business who took 1st or 2nd place during any of the local pitch contests over the last two years are not eligible for this year’s prize money, but can participate for practice and feedback
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a W8 or W9 for prize money awards
• Must have no more than $300,000 in annual revenue or capital raised
