Meditation To Destress & Disconnect From Distractions: CAMELIA KESSACI----------------1. Transform Your Mindset In 5 Minutes...Using Your Phone!: BETH RIDLEYConferences, workshops, consultants, coaches – we do it all to build our professional competencies and leadership skills. But why spend all this money when the best approach to being more impactful at work involves easy tactics you can do for free? (Yes, free!) It’s all about applying best practices from positive psychology, the scientific study of what makes people thrive. In this session you will learn five positive psychology practices that boost positivity and overcome burnout and we will implement them using our phones. That’s right! While our phones are often the cause of stress and burnout, we will use the power of our phones for good as positive psychology practice enablers.-----------------2. 15-Minute Chair Yoga For Busy People: CYNTHIA AKEYAre you Stiff? Stressed? Overworked? Discover how to find clarity and focus when you need it most. A regular 15-minute Chair Yoga practice will improve your posture, mobility, flexibility, and breath capacity, all while reducing stress and tension. Move better. Breathe better. Feel better. The learning objectives are to identify the key areas where tension is held in the body – neck, shoulders, back, and hips, to learn how to improve posture for optimal breathing, and to learn to connect breath with movement and be more present. Attendees will learn a few self-care movements and breathing techniques to reduce stress and find more focus.----------------3. Healthy Eating For Healthy Entrepreneurs: STEPHANIE KRUBSACKAs busy entrepreneurs and business owners it can sometimes be challenging to eat healthy, even with the best intentions. Preparation is key, and during this workshop you'll learn how to heighten your food prep program at home, when on-the-go, or traveling, and DIY superfood blends for optimal health. Simple substitutions for adding more plant-based dishes to your diet will also be shared. Making healthy taste good is possible and can help simplify your busy lifestyle. Attendees will walk away with healthy recipes, time-saving tips, and more.----------------4. Meditation To Destress & Disconnect From Distractions: CAMELIA KESSACIAs human beings, we thrive in authenticity, true creativity, healthy discipline, freedom, and deep purpose. However, we have a tendency to lose ourselves in the process of trying to achieve or fit in. Therefore, our external reality can seem to be a place where we are constantly drawn outside of ourselves, with responsibilities, duties, and distractions. What makes most of us feel unfulfilled, stressed, and overwhelmed comes from our inability to focus on what really matters in our lives. Meditation is a powerful tool to use to come back to what matters. Join for 15 minutes to unplug from the chaos and enter into what really matters to you, then integrate it back into your daily life. Learning how to focus on what is important to you regardless of external distractions the definition of true joy. ----------------
