As a start-up business in Eau Claire, Drone Tours is happy to share some of their knowledge to help other businesses just like them get going!
You may have the greatest idea in the world, but if your presentation is too complicated your potential clients may not understand what you have to offer. When we started Drone Tours, our plan had over ten different price points for our products in real estate. Now, almost a year later, we have only three simple real estate products with set prices. This one change made an immense difference in our potential clients’ ability to understand our offerings, and in turn resulted in more business. In this workshop we will talk about how simplifying and focusing your business plan and presentation can help your clients better understand what you have to offer. After the workshop, you will gain knowledge to identify an area of your business that may be too complicated and develop ideas on how you can simplify that area.
