Garritt is the founder and principal of GB Real Estate Investments, LLC, is a Wisconsin-based limited liability company and real estate development company. He is a native of Green Bay, and has been active in commercial real estate sales, leasing and development since 2003. During this time, he has developed properties for companies including Dollar Tree, Aldi, CVS/pharmacy, Arby’s and Costco, as well as several mixed-use residential and commercial projects in his hometown of Green Bay.
Before founding GB Real Estate Investments, LLC in 2007, Garritt worked for Hunt Real Estate Services, Inc., a Tampa, Florida-based developer of single-tenant retail properties throughout the United States. Garritt is a licensed real estate broker in both Wisconsin and Florida, and graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Business Administration, and from the University of Florida with a Master’s degree in Business Administration – Real Estate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and on several local boards and committees including Downtown Green Bay, Inc., On Broadway, Inc., and the St. Norbert College Schneider School of Business & Economics.
A veteran property development and construction management professional, Paul has more than two decades of relevant and valuable experience in finance and business administration within development. Before launching Base Companies, he previously served as the president and CFO of Smet Construction and was instrumental in planning all phases of The Rail Yard Innovation District.
Paul started his path to property development as an auditor and tax preparation specialist in the public accounting field. There he gained tremendous knowledge of the development and construction industry, as well as the business strategies implemented within those respective industries.
Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.

Chris is a self-taught software engineer who has worked with tech companies at various stages of growth across the country. He has experience bringing his own ideas to market, being tech co-founder of a gener8or graduate, consulting with many early and growth stage companies, and working in-house for Silicon Valley startups.
Chris is co-owner of Moonsail Vacations, a real estate and hospitality business that provides short-term accommodations for modern travelers in Door County, Wisconsin. Over the past 3 years they have built a portfolio of 5 properties, leveraging the new wave of OTAs like Airbnb and VRBO to connect with customers and grow their business.
Chris utilizes his software background to help build systems and processes to streamline management of the properties and improve the guest experience.
Mitesh Ajmera is an entrepreneur who loves building things - apps, businesses and relationships alike. He is currently CEO of Torus Tech Co, a technology services provider based in Appleton.
An ex-citibanker, Mitesh was Sales head for their Commercial Bank division before he founded Feecounter, a digital payments processor for education payments in India. He also founded Mediclave, a serviced medical centre built for Doctor in Central India.
