KEYNOTE | Dr. Gustavo Grodnitzky, a renowned speaker, consultant, psychologist, and author who comes with a unique perspective on how organizational culture trumps everything. Dr. Gustavo will be speaking about how to create an environment where businesses and people want to be, in order to transform Oshkosh into the tech hub it is destined to become. Dr. Gustavo will lead attendees in a crowdsourcing initiative that will give us a framework of next steps and best practices that we can bring back to our work environments and amplify into our community to get immediate traction with what we learn.
